Travel
When you are travelling on project related activities away from the University, either within the UK or abroad (e.g. attending a conference, training, field trip, visiting an academic or industrial partner) you will need to have your travel booked by your Departmental Operations Team.

Shengen visa letters
If you are an international researcher applying for a Schengen Visa, you might need documentation to support your application. You can request a Schengen visa / 'no objection' letter from the Student Administration team through the following link:
We suggest applying 1 to 2 weeks before you need the letter, as requests typically take 5 working days to process.
