Master's courses
Our master's in Fashion Business and Technology
We offer three MSc courses in Fashion Business and Technology, each which focus on a different area so that you can specialise in a particular aspect of the industry.
How you’ll learn
Teaching
You will be taught by different lecturers, many of whom conduct academic research in their specialist topic and have significant industry experience, which ensures our course content is up-to-date, and inspired by the latest discoveries of our research groups and the expertise of our staff.
The courses are campus-based and are delivered through a blended, flexible model. Students study a mixture of predominantly in-person, on campus activities, lectures and classes, and recorded video content and other materials from lecturers.

Research and self-study
Outside of your timetabled teaching time, you’ll also undertake group work, individual preparatory or set work, as well as any additional reading or research required from lectures. You’d be expected to spend approximately 30 hours of self-study time per week.

Dissertation project
As part of your master’s degree, you may need to complete a final project where you'll conduct a piece of empirical research that addresses a specific research question in a field related to your course. This may incorporate field or workplace-based investigation, data handling or a systematic review.
